Relational Life Therapy is about waking up and helping you be real with yourself and each other.
Some couples come in stuck in a 50/50 dynamic. Others are caught in something more uneven—70/30 or beyond. Sometimes one of you carries deeper childhood wounds, and they’re getting in the way of connection.
My role is to hold up the mirror with compassion and clarity—so you can see how you relate to yourself and your partner. We’ll explore blind spots not as flaws, but as trailheads for healing.
I don’t sugarcoat, and I don’t pathologize. We’ll go straight to the heart of what’s not working—and I’ll guide you in building the tools to change it.
Most of us didn’t grow up learning how to do relationships well. So we repeat dysfunctional familiar and/or cultural patterns that helped us early but no longer serve us. I’ll help you recognize those patterns, take ownership without shame, and grow into what Terry Real calls full-respect living.
